Born and raised in Washington state, Ken traveled a remarkable, if somewhat dubious road. After completing High School, he wandered through years of study in Broadcast Communications, Public Information and Theater, followed by a life on the road. Following the path of radio gypsy and traveling journalist, Ken traveled from northern New York, the west coast of the U.S.A., a stint in the Navajo Nation, some years spent in Latin America, Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East and now calls the coastal plains of western Mexico home. He lives with his wife, the noted Mexican artist Marcela Lubian. Ken’s philosophy of life? “The road less traveled is often the path to satisfaction.”
